Pilates- Pilates is a wonderful way of keeping strong and flexible. Focussing on core strength, pelvic floor and strengthening the muscles around the pelvis make Pilates a fantastic form of exercise during pregnancy and as we all know a strong core and pelvic floor lead to easier deliveries and quicker postnatal recovery.
Postnatally, again pilates is fantastic as it helps to tone up after birth, keep your pelvic floor strong and continue strengthening the core to help with all that baby and car seat carrying!
